鲁雨亭（1899-1939），河南永城人，著名教育家。将毕生精力奉献给教育事业和民族振兴，用实际行动诠释了家国情怀。Lu Yuting (1899-1939), a native of Yongcheng, Henan Province, was a renowned educator. He devoted his life to educational endeavors and national revitalization, interpreting devotion to family and country through concrete action.

鲁雨亭先生生前十分重视教育救国，他与父亲鲁紫铭在故乡兴学时，立下了"为国储才"的遗训——为国家储备人才，让教育的力量滋养民族复兴的希望。Mr. Lu Yuting attached great importance to saving the nation through education. He and his father Lu Ziming established the last teaching of "Cultivating Talents for the Nation" when they founded schools in their hometown — storing talents for the country and letting the power of education nourish the hope of national rejuvenation.

这份遗训，成为今天"雨亭行动"的精神内核。我们用行动告慰先贤：您未竟的教育救国理想，我们正在接力传承。This last teaching has become the spiritual core of today's "Yuting Action." We use action to honor the pioneers: your unfulfilled ideal of saving the nation through education — we are carrying on the relay.

Yuting Action Officially Launched

2008年9月，鲁雨亭先生外孙翟斌秉承先辈遗志，正式发起"雨亭行动"社会公益活动。活动由雨亭基金会（筹）组织，各界有关团体和个人共同参与。In September 2008, Zhai Bin, grandson of Mr. Lu Yuting, upholding his ancestors' behests, officially launched the "Yuting Action" public welfare initiative. The action is organized by the Yuting Foundation (preparation), with joint participation from relevant groups and individuals.

发起之初，雨亭行动便确立了明确的宗旨：以"为国储才"为主旨，走进贫困地区，帮助那里的孩子们开拓视野、增长见识。From its inception, Yuting Action established a clear purpose: guided by the tenet of "Cultivating Talents for the Nation", entering impoverished areas to help children there broaden their horizons and expand their knowledge.

从永城到全国，从河南到深圳，从山区孩子到国际青年——18年来，雨亭行动的脚步从未停歇。From Yongcheng to the whole nation, from Henan to Shenzhen, from children in mountainous areas to international youth — for 18 years, Yuting Action's footsteps have never ceased.

"为国储才"四字，蕴含着深厚的家国情怀。国家之强盛，在于人才；人才之培养，在于教育。雨亭行动正是这一理念的当代践行——我们不仅要让贫困地区的孩子"有学上"，更要让他们"看见世界"、"看见未来"。The four characters "Cultivating Talents for the Nation" contain profound patriotic sentiments. A nation's prosperity lies in talents; the cultivation of talents lies in education. Yuting Action is the contemporary practice of this concept — we must not only let children in impoverished areas "have schools to attend", but also let them "see the world" and "see the future".

18年来，我们走进30多个城市，带领数千名孩子走出大山、走进企业，让他们亲身感受祖国的发展脉搏，激发他们改变命运、报效祖国的内生动力。For 18 years, we have entered more than 30 cities, leading thousands of children out of the mountains and into enterprises, letting them personally feel the development pulse of the motherland, and inspiring their internal motivation to change their destiny and serve the motherland.

鲁雨亭先生后人发起"雨亭行动"，以"为国储才"为宗旨，开启公益之旅。Descendants of Mr. Lu Yuting launched "Yuting Action", with the purpose of "Cultivating Talents for the Nation", embarking on a public welfare journey.

2012

走进深圳Entering Shenzhen

雨亭行动走进深圳，让孩子们见识中国科技之都的创新活力。Yuting Action entered Shenzhen, letting children witness the innovative vitality of China's technology capital.

2016

企业参访Enterprise Visits

开始组织孩子们参访华为、腾讯等顶尖企业，与企业家面对面交流。Began organizing children to visit top enterprises like Huawei and Tencent, communicating face-to-face with entrepreneurs.

2021

专项基金成立Special Fund Established

平安银行私人银行联合发起人成立"雨亭行动·为国储才专项基金"，实现专业化运营。Ping An Bank Private Banking, together with initiators, established "Yuting Action · Cultivating Talents Special Fund", realizing professional operation.

2024

慈善信托启动Charitable Trust Launched

启动"为国储才"慈善信托，用"金融+慈善"的工具和理念赋能项目持续发展。Launched "Cultivating Talents for the Nation" charitable trust, using the tools and concepts of "finance + charity" to empower the project's sustainable development.

2026

国际化元年International Year

正式启动国际青年志愿者计划，邀请全球青年走进中国，促进中外青年深度交流。Officially launched the International Youth Volunteer Program, inviting global youth to enter China, promoting deep exchange between Chinese and international youth.
